Refund Policy
As a self-employed optometrist providing personalised home visit services, refunds are handled as follows:

Eye examinations:
Once an eye examination has taken place, the fee is non-refundable, as the service has been fully provided. -
Cancellations:
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not be charged. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee to cover travel and preparation time. -
Spectacles and lenses:
Glasses and lenses are custom-made to your prescription and therefore cannot be refunded once ordered, unless they are faulty or incorrectly made. -
Faults or errors:
If there is a manufacturing fault or an error with your prescription, this will be corrected at no additional cost.
